Deeper inside the Cyclops Cave Passage, within the Cyclops lair. From the central bone pile with the tall torch (assuming it survived the fight), face **northwest**. You should spot an opening flanked by two torches and a fur-covered wooden platform. Walk to that platform and turn right to find the Silver Chest ready for looting.
